Melissa Gorga Explains Why Their Shore House is Up For Sale

Melissa and Joe Gorga's summer home at the Jersey Shore has been put up for sale and it can be yours for only $520,000. Now many of us have speculated Joe is just taking out hard money loans, building these homes, living them until his big payment is due and then selling them by using the exposure from the show. 

That may very well be the case for the mansion we've seen for the past two seasons, however Melissa says it's not the case for the shore house.

Melissa Gorga explained  why they're selling to Celebuzz, "The shore house has been on the market since the first day we bought it. It's on a small lot, so Joe wants to build one that's a little bit larger. It basically goes on sale every winter, and then in the summer, we pull it off [the market] because we're there. Then in October, it goes back on again."
